A story about a shirt...
In January 2020, I went to Stanley Kubrick’s exhibition here in LA. I was on the verge - I knew I couldn’t live my life the way I lived but didn’t know how to create a change. The exhibition was very inspiring but I didn’t feel like spending $30 on a shirt about directing and so I just took a picture of it. Just for fun… Or was it a reminder? A dream I was scared to say out loud? After all, “who am I to direct a movie?!” But I guess that other voice, the voice that comes from heart, soul, and courage was stronger than fear this time. When COVID happened I’ve told myself that if I only had one chance on this planet to make a film - it should be Parallels.
The rest - is history.

My horror feature script won quarter finals of the Big Break Competition by Final Draft. This win adds up to previous ones for Screencraft Horror competition and Scriptation showcase. Can’t wait to produce it!
